When the client approached The Wingrove Group, no one really knew what to expect. Five professional women in professional coaching, real estate, legal and medical professions among others joined forces to create 5 Star Leader Development Group. Through their own experiences and Sarah Janosek’s experience with horses through her certification through the EponaQuest Method by Linda Kohanov, the women created a company based in Cape May NJ that would cater to the Washington, DC and New York City professionals and executives.

The Wingrove Group team went to work to create a beautiful Squarespace website, complete with copywriting services and SEO. Additional services included team coordination by managment of additional designers, creation of social media posts, and by virtue of personal experience, we were able to help to get this company started. Through the years, the company was dissolved but was taken over by the original client and renamed Cowgirl Ventures.
